Haru is a Japanese movement artist who has been based in Cork, Ireland since 2019.

Haru focuses on moving faithfully to the sensations of the body in the present, with an emphasis on improvisation.

Haru explores her own form of improvisation through a dialogue between Butoh which is Contemporary dance from that originated in Japan and the land of Ireland.
